What I consistently hear after a session with a client is how wonderfully relaxed they feel. Some clients state that they have never felt so calm and peaceful. Hypnosis is similar to guided meditation.

Visualizing or imagining is an important component of hypnosis.

I have yet to meet someone who comes in for hypnosis who can’t visualize. Can you visualize or imagine your front entrance to your home? If the answer is yes, you can visualize. Seeing yourself or an image that is comfortable, safe and soothing allows the subconscious mind to open up. An experienced hypnotherapist can assist in working through and helping the client find relief and resolution. Whether it’s for smoking cessation, stress, insomnia, weight-loss or a variety of other issues hypnotherapy can be a safe and effective answer.

By no means is hypnosis magic but it can initiate powerful changes and the relaxation it brings is worth coming back for.
