What makes Zoom hypnotherapy and online therapy so appealing?

With Zoom & Facetime hypnotherapy, it doesn’t matter where you live; online therapy opens the doors to access your treatment without the need to travel to your appointment. So, no more travelling costs or being stuck in congested peak time traffic!

If you are interested in hypnotherapy, or are already in session but are unable to come in to the office, I can arrange for Zoom & Facetime Hypnosis session. These sessions are conducted over the internet.

The sessions are very similar and the benefits are the same, but I won’t be able to control your personal environment outside the office. So I recommend you have a headset, a location where you won’t be disturbed and a comfortable chair or sofa on which you can recline.

The entire session, including the hypnosis, will then progress as usual.

Facetime & Zoom Hypnosis sessions are available to you anywhere you can get a steady phone or internet connection.

For Successful FaceTime / Zoom sessions you need the following things:

Skype and Facetime
  • A stable internet connection
  • Access to a computer or tablet or phone with a webcam
  • A FaceTime / Zoom account
  • A location that is comfortable (sitting or lying position) and still in view of the webcam, phone or tablet video camera.
  • Some privacy (free from any distractions if possible).
  • The use of headphones, earbuds or a headset is recommended
  • An Appointment with Ava
