Using hypnotherapy for confidence is very common and effective. Most people who come in to see me are seeking an increase in confidence. No matter what a client is coming in to get help with, whether it is for fear of public speaking, weight loss, panic attacks or grief, confidence is something we always work on. It is an integral part of the healing process and it works.
When you finally see and experience ourselves feeling empowered and able to overcome an adversity and reach your goals it gives you confidence, hope and positive feelings of self worth. Hypnosis can help build these positive feelings by accessing the subconscious mind (the most powerful part of our minds.).
