Write a letter to yourself about the things you are proud of that you have accomplished however large or small and read it over and over for weeks or months each day 3 times a day. This positive action will help you get through the tough times.

Focus on the positive in yourself rather than the negatives.
Find what you and others do right, what is good, praise the positive behaviors you want to reinforce. Catch yourself and others,(for example, your children) when they are doing something positive and reinforce that.

This is what leads to self -confidence and Hypnotherapy is one of the most effective ways to reinforce the positive and let go of the negatives.
