Lets talk about smoking cigarettes for a bit, I used to be a smoker so I know how some of you may think that quitting smoking is a difficult endeavor.
Most of us know that smoking is not only bad for your health, but did you know that it has 69 known carcinogens? Yes, things like formaldehyde, benzene, arsenic, cadmium, lead, carbon monoxide, and many more cancer causing ingredients.
But quitting smoking does not have to be difficult or impossible.
Hypnosis is a healthy and effective way to stop this nasty, toxic and expensive habit.

My smoking cessation program includes 1 half hour phone session, which I ask you questions to find out what your triggers are and details of your smoking history. This allows me to put together a custom made program for you.
After this we make an appointment for one four hour session, after which you are no longer smoking.

I make a recording of the hypnosis part of the session, which is about 50 minutes and you listen to this each day until I see you for one final session a week later.
If you are smoking more than a pack a day, it may be necessary to break the four hour session into 2 sessions, but the results are the same. The only thing that is vital to make this successful is you. You have to want to quit smoking.
