Not Following your Joys and Dreams
Following your dreams rather than always putting them on the back burner and doing what is safe, will allow you to experience more satisfaction, highlighting your sense of self and well being. It is easy to get caught up in life without making time for what gives you joy, Make time for what you love to do, whether its dancing, drawing, listening to music or working out, what ever it is, it will make your life lighter, freer and happier.

Disconnected
Connecting to other people is crucial to living a healthy and happy life. Deep friendships allow us to vent and realize we are not alone. Friends, family, any healthy relationship, can make our lives richer and more satisfying on many levels.

Settling
When you choose to limit yourself by settling for something or someone that does not make us happy, you are not choosing yourself. When you make a choice out of fear rather than from your heart you are settling. You are worth more than that.

Not Giving Back
It feels good to give something of yourself . It can be a talent you have that another person cannot afford, like a college basketball player giving lessons to children who cannot afford them. Just giving to someone in need is very satisfying. You may have heard the quote “The act of giving creates its own rewards,” indeed it does.
